Program Overview

The Al Nafi Loyalty Card Program is designed to provide exclusive benefits across all Al Nafi platforms, including alnafi.com, alnafi.academy, and alnafi.cloud. The program aims to enhance customer loyalty and engagement, reward purchases, and offer members access to special promotions and offers.

2% Discount: Enjoy a 2% flat discount on all courses/products by entering your Loyalty Card code during checkout.

Priority Access: Get early or priority access to new programs, workshops, and events.
3.
Al Nafi Balance: Earn 2% of each purchase as reward points, which are redeemable on future orders.
4.
Exclusive Promotions: Take advantage of double balance earnings during special campaigns (terms apply).
5.
Cloud Tokens: Points can also be used to purchase cloud tokens.
6.
Cloud Extra Duration: Get 30 minutes of extra cloud time per day for all members.
7.
One-on-One Sessions: Members can avail up to 6 one-on-one sessions with an Al Nafi program advisor.
8.
Exclusive Event Access: Members get free entry to exclusive Al Nafi events.
9.
Internship Opportunities: Members are eligible for internship opportunities.
10.
Mock Interview & Resume Development: Members are entitled to one free mock interview preparation and one-time free resume development.

Eligibility & Enrollment

1.
Fee: One-time payment of PKR 1,000.
2.
Age: Must be 18 years or older.

Registration

1.Complete the online registration form (name, email, mobile, address).
2.Select your status (student/alumni).
3.Choose between a physical (7-10 days delivery) or digital (instant email delivery) card.

Al Nafi Balance (Points-Based System)

Earning Points

1.
Local: Earn 20 points per PKR 1,000 spent (1 point = PKR 1).
2.
International: Earn 20 points per $1,000 spent (2 points per $100).

Redemption Rules

Points can only be redeemed on the following platforms:

Non-Cashable & Non-Transferable: Points are not cashable and cannot be transferred to other accounts, individuals, or platforms.
Minimum Cash Payment: A minimum cash payment of PKR 1 is required for any transaction. Points cannot cover the entire payment; there will always be a cash component in every redemption.
Exclusions: Points cannot be redeemed for the following:
EduQual exam fees
Pearson exam fees
ISACA exam fees
Other exam fees, if applicable
Expiry: Points will expire 12 months from the date of issuance. Please ensure points are redeemed before the expiration date.
Eligible Products/Services: Points are redeemable for products and services available across the platforms specified above. Availability may vary, and platform-specific restrictions may apply.
Right to Modify: Al Nafi reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the point redemption program at any time without prior notice.

Tracking Your Points

Issuance: Points will be issued instantly or within 14 days for large purchases.
Dashboard: You can view your balance, points expiry (12 months), and transaction history on your account dashboard.

Card Usage

Discounts: Enter your Loyalty Card number at checkout to receive a 2% discount on eligible courses/products.
Redemption: Toggle the "Use Al Nafi Balance" option during checkout to redeem your accumulated points.

General Terms & Conditions

Non-Transferable: The card and points are tied to your account and have no cash value.
Balance Validity: The balance is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired points will no longer be usable.
Program Updates: Al Nafi may update the terms and conditions at any time, and users will be notified via email.

Program Management

Renewal: Membership may require re-enrollment after every 3 years.
Termination: Al Nafi reserves the right to revoke membership and access to the Loyalty Card Program for misuse or violations of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.

Process for Obtaining the Al Nafi Loyalty Card

1.
Eligibility Check: Anyone who has made a one-time payment of PKR 1,000 and is over 18 years of age is eligible.
2.
Registration: Apply via the Al Nafi Loyalty Card page, filling in necessary details such as name, email, phone number, and address. Choose between student, alumni, or non-registered status and select the type of card (physical or digital).
3.
Issuance of Card: A unique loyalty card number will be issued after completing registration.
Physical Card: Delivered within 7-10 business days.
Digital Card: Delivered instantly via email.
4.
Using the Card: Enter the card code at checkout to apply benefits such as discounts. Cardholders will also receive exclusive offers and notifications about upcoming events or promotions.
5.
Continuous Engagement: Regular updates, offers, and new features will be communicated to cardholders via email, SMS, or student portal notifications.

Additional Notes

Points are not transferable, have no cash value, and will expire after 12 months.
Members can carry forward their points to the next renewal period if they renew their membership on time.
